Spoke with agent JS4. Service was excellent. From the very start she was polite, attentive, and made sure to really listen to what I was saying without speaking over me or rushing the conversation. She asked the right questions, gave me the space to explain, and her responses were clear and helpful. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this genuine – I felt listened to and valued as a customer throughout. I entered the call with the aim of leaving the company, but was reassured about cover levels, given a discount and made aware of follow up actions which has resulted in me continuing my cover with your company.
