Making changes to my new policy generated " admin" fees that are disproportionate. In what was literally a few minutes to amend the policy the £40 plus fee seems too expensive. That coupled with "chat" function as the main point of contact, makes me reluctant to provide a higher rating. The person on the other end was helpful and efficient however.
