We've recently moved house and have had to change our address with numerous suppliers and utilities. OneCall were the only company that charged me. The charge was in excess of £72 for a few seconds work. We then had a letter and a text to say our policy would be cancelled and I had to contact them to ensure that it wasn't. There is no telephone number to ring - it all has to be done by messaging.
