The live chat agent Adam was very helpful and made my inquiry go smoothly.
This was the second live chat i was in, the first one timed out just at the point of paying which was quite annoying. I was also offered 2 different figures for the amendment of my vehicle insurance. The latter being the cheapest by about £70 which didnt make much sense as every detail was the same as the first time i spoke to someone on the live chat.
