Shocking service if you need them , I.e. accident
You have to do everything online when you just need a human voice
Pass you from pillar to post like we have been when car was written off and approx 7 weeks later we finally get cheque they send ot to old adress after charging us approx £70 admin fee to change it . Try and sort that out with them but get told nothing to do with us get in contact with claims to be told by them nothing to do with us go back to broker! This is all online as no one wants to speak woth you ...never again
