Wow what a turn around for me, originally ringing to cancel insurance because I had dual insurance on my daughters flat. Thomas just asked how much I was paying and instantly gave me a cheaper quote. Then he gave mean even better deal. Also informing me that one call will reinmburse me for any cancellation fee with the other broker. He kindly rang me back to confirm new quote and payment. Very nice man. Thank you for helping me sort out a difficult situation with regards to dual cover. well done!
