Excellent customer service today from LE6.Leanne Warren-le6. This was somewhat in contrast to my previous contact with One Call .
Leanne was very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and came across as extremely confident whilst she was resolving the problem for me today with renewing my motorcycle insurance policy. Leanne even managed to reduce my premium by a small amount.
In my experience there is no substitute to that of actually speaking with a person.
