I had issues logging into the portal after taking out car insurance with One call. JC6 was really helpful, not only resolving the issues which was do to with my email address, but also ensured that I was kept informed at each steps as she had to escalate to another team for resolution. This is my first instance of requiring support from the One call team and it was a positive experience which has left me feeling reassured.
