Megan (ML2) was absolutely fantastic!
My boyfriend and I broke up a few months ago and I completely forgot the home insurance was in his name until I got a letter notifying me of renewal.
I went on the livechat and was put through to Megan who not only cancelled the existing policy but was able to transfer all the data over to a new policy in my name in less than 15 minutes. It was incredibly easy and saved me a very awkward phonecall!
