I've been with One Call for quite a few years now, never had any issues when changing cars or cover. Been on a Platinum package for a while but with limited breakdown cover due to having new cars on PCP with their own cover. I've recently changed to a 22 year old Corsa so I was delighted when One Call contacted me to arrange cover with unlimited call outs, any kind of breakdown with homestart etc for a minimal fee to cover the Corsa and my newly insured 1972 motorbike.
Ellie, the person I dealt with (EA6) was very knowledgeable, easy to speak with and not pushy with the products at all.
I don't hesitate to contact One Call whenever I need clarity on my cover, something that can't be said about many companies.
