Relating to my contact with your agent extremely helpful to me, I am not confortable with using this method of communication.
I also received an e-mail from One Call Insurance on 2nd September which was sent via NO REPLY requesting me to go paperless with the only optionyou gave was a POSITIVE REPLY TO GOING POSITIVE this is not an option but a demand as there is no alternative other than to go paperless therefore I will not respond to a one option no reply e-mail so I deleted the e-mail without a response because it was seen as a demand without an alternative to receiving paper documentation. It is also very difficult to find your telephone # unless I am thinking of leaving or a claim and then it may be a case of joining a long queue to keep typing messages & answering numerous typed questions via one of your type messages assistants. And generally joining a queue at the end of a 24 long waiting to get to the front of the queue before you are able to tell the person why you have been waiting 15/20 mins.
