LE6.Leanne Warren-le6 was great today & appreciate her understanding. I have given 4* stars instead of 5* to reflect previous attempts to get in touch with the company, long-waitinh times & not quite as helpful service. The opening times are advertised as up to 5.30pm but when I tried to call just after 5pm, the message said they are closed. If it's One Call, offices should be open until 8pm, like other competitors. So 1* foe ability to contact the company & 5* for Leanne help today, getting things sorted efficiently, thanks
