No Claim Bonus. Having forwarded numerous times through your portal showing my entitlement to 9+ bonus from the AA my previous provider. I was once again informed that the latest one sent on 20 Aug was not acceptable. At my wit’s end I rang and after a delay of around 30 minutes I was contacted by JM6 who took up the cudgel on my behalf. She was everything an employer could wish for. She resolved the issue I was experiencing and I am extremely grateful for her help and assistance given to me. Absolutely brilliant JM6. Thank you a 1000 times
