I find this company highly unethical. I had to cancel my car insurance as i had to sell my car as i couldnt drive. They made it almost impossible to contact them, no phone number, a chat line which was unhelpful. When i did finally manage to get them to accept my cancellation they piled on so many extra penalties it would have better to let the policy run. Because of this service I decided not to reinsure my house with them. I could not contact them by phone, tried to use the chat line but apparently I didn't pass security despite saying I wanted not to reinsure. I cancelled my direct debit for the next year but it was taken anyway. The bank reimbursed me. One call now are charging me £136. Even then I have to send them a copy of my policy schedule from my new insurers. This i did and they say the underwriters won accept it. So unethical.
