Dreadful wait to be answered dreadful queue system not being able to have a conversation with person but everything to be typed out ! So very Poor customer service! No phone line for contact but helpful person when we did eventually got to message each other by text and eventually achieved the desired renewal of policy and change of address ! On the phone including waiting time 2 hours ! I will never get those two hours back again !
