Spoke to Stevie (SS9) today via live chat about a renewal.
The query was dealt with clearly and the outcome was what I wanted.
Very happy with the live chat experience once connected although the queue length could be reduced. I think I joined the queue in position 12 and it took about 20 minutes to get to the front of the queue.
One Call do seem good value for money although as yet I've never had to make a claim so that is where you find out if it was really worth it.
