After purchasing car ins with one call, I realised I had used an incorrect email address and contacted cust services online and the agent was JM3. JM3 care was outstanding we are a pair of old technophobes and thought we were not going to be able to view a cert of insurance before collecting our new car tomorrow.
JM3 sorted out the problem for us and had patience with us.
