The online portal wouldn’t let me change my address having tried several times. I then had to use the chat option but had to wait 10 mins to chat to someone. Then it took nearly 20 minutes to make a change to my address and annual
Mileage which was a ridiculously long time. I had to leave in the end as it had taken half an hour in total and I was due in a meeting. Should be a significantly quicker process.
