I had a claim. It is almost impossible to find out how to submit one. The website is full of bugs and it took a great deal of effort to discover the phone number to ring. I initially submitted a claim on the website portal. It remained unacknowledged for three days. I spent several hours in anguish beating my head against an unresponsive brick wall. For me it was a worse experience than news of the accident itself (happened to wife, only slight damage).
