Used the Call Back facility to save me hanging on the line forever. KT1 was pleasant and helpful and I got a better price than my renewal quote. I do find it annoying though that I have to ring up and go through this, instead of just giving this price on the renewal quote. I do not like the automatic renewal either so have had this removed. It was all sorted out pretty quickly by KT1.
