I received a letter confirming my premium was increasing by £185 because the level of no claims I declared at inception of the policy was incorrect - I used the live chat function and spoke to Britney C (live chat did take a while but I had time so I didn't mind) - I explained everything to Britney, sent her proof of my no claims, and within a few minutes she had sorted the problem, accepted my proof of no claims and confirmed there would be no increase in premium! Super efficient service from her! Thank you!
