It’s impossible to speak to a person on the phone. This key information was not made clear at time of taking out my car insurance policy and is extremely disappointing.
Live chat advisors are helpful but it takes way longer to sort out information required and removes human interaction.
Not sure why the question below offers a selection of method of communication with the company as telephone as this is not available and my email was not responded to.
I will never use this company again nor recommend to anyone else.
