Live chat service provided by agent TS4 was shocking. I contacted to simply pay a change of policy fee. Took 40 mins for her to send me the payment link. Asked me the same questions 3 times, which I answered every time. What should have taken 5-10 mins max took 45 mins in total. One Call get better Live Chat staff!
