I phoned to ask a question about my cover in November. Apparently they had to refer my question to the insurer, so would contact me afterwards. 6 months later nothing heard and I have to call up and wait in the queue again. Efficient chap answered question on the spot, surprising given last chap said they couldn't. So I asked for email confirmation being a bit skeptic. I would have given a higher rank if he had sent the email confirming the answers before the request for feedback came.
