Something went wrong when entering my driving license number unbeknown to me.
The next I knew was a letter saying that insurance will be cancelled in 2 weeks unless I update d.l number.
The letter stated it would be the only letter sent. Not only had I only just moved so it was a miracle I got it, you had my email address and phone number that you couldn't be bothered to use.
I would have been an uninsured driver!
