I received a letter dated 27.04.17. I emailed you twice to receive a automated reply. I phoned you on Friday but only to be told I was the fifteenth in line. Again I phoned to here the same message. I gave full details to your admin assistant and he collected details from my VISA card. The whole scenario has been really distressing not know if I am insured or not. Today I managed to get through to your call service to be told that everything is in place. Finally a conclusion!! Julie Cordrey
