This is the second year I have held my car insurance with One Call. I renews because the first year I had had a no fuss experience. This year I have been very disappointed with the way you have entered communicated with me and the tone of the communications. I have changed address and amended this carefully on the phone but then received a notification of cancellation letter yesterday. I have contacted you today and been informed of the error but still I feel the way you communicate with customers demonstrates mistrust and lack of respect.
