I rang to find out how much it would be to add my daughter onto insurance for a short period and was told I had to do this on line which was not convenient. I was not informed of this at the time of taking my insurance out with you- I specifically said during the initial call for taking out the policy with you that I would want to add my daughter onto the insurance at some point during the policy and did ask at the time for a quote but was told that they couldn't quote me until I had a policy with you. On attempting to get a quote via the link Sent to me, it then wouldn't find my car via my registration. So how am I supposed to get a quote???
