Your call centre lady ba3 was perfect, Your system is rubbish, One Call,.not a chance, over 90 mins to get through with 3 calls, No documents sent after 24 hours until the second call via live chat. ( As after 30 mins, using 3 phones, awaiting a call to be answered I gave up. )
System to retrieve docs not advised, Only by trawling through did we get to print them.
Staff fine, System poor.
