It's just those infuriating automated lengthy options you have to go through at the first contact! I simply wanted to ask if I could insure myself on my current policy for my sons car for a day. Took a ridiculous amount of "filtering" to be told it wasn't possible. Maybe that's how you keep the premiums down, I don't know. Sometimes you just want a real person!
