After trying for an hour and being told my call WAS important I eventually spoke to an agent. This lady was helpful and at the end of the conversation I thought that I had my matter sorted out. I enquired about my certificate and was told it was being sent out by e-mail directly.............................When I checked m e-mails about half an hour later I found that the document contained two errors. I tried to phone again but seemed to have joined your call is important queue. I have work to do and cannot sit on a phone for hours on end It is now well over two hours and I am still awaiting to request correct documentation. AS for trying to have an on=line chat ........well te system does not work.
