All I wanted to do was transfer my current reg number to a different car starting on 18/11/20.,
having told the agent that it was a personal plate and that I would be collecting the new car on this date and that I still needed insurance on my car until then.
I was e-mailed two certificates both of which had the wrong registration number on them, ie the number that is on the car now and NOT the number it will have on it on Saturday..
Two phone calls lasting over 30 minutes in total.
The on- line chat was not working as it should have.
