The online chat wouldn't open up. I couldn't get online form to accept my driving licence details although it accepted my NCB details. If company is aware of this problem perhaps it should be looked into and corrected. Customer services said it is a problem for most. After many calls...dvla and one call I managed to get it sorted by providing a check code. Perhaps your website should indicate this is needed. Would save phone call to one call then dvla then one call again. Not had issues like this before with any insurance company.
