I called to add an employee to my van insurance, was left on hold for about 30mins before eventually getting through to a person. (js2) Then after giving all the details was told that you couldn't process the request as the insurance company was shut for the day, and to ring back Friday. Surely, the person I spoke to could have dealt with it and called me back? But no, I have to waste another hour doing this again.
