Would prefer to speak on the telephone with a real person. Tried this but every time was told that the operators were extremely busy and would have to wait in a queue. I was number 17 in the queue which I just don't have the time for.
I cannot understand why I was charged £39 just to change my vehicle details on my existing policy.
