Trouble forwarding driving licence and Nat Ins No.to you. After receiving two letters requesting them or Vehicle Insurance would be cancelled, i telephoned One Call only to be told they had already received them.
Was pleased with call operator who was very helpful and informed me they already had my details. Now satisfied, but will have to give some thought as to whether i will take out vehicle insurance with One Call in the future.
