I rang one call breakdown cover on the 04/03/2018 at 4.30 pm. I rang more than once over a period of 30 minutes to be told every time that the service was unavailable, and could I please call back later. I found the process very stressful when I was stuck in a foreign place and can't start my car to return home. the whole point of paying for breakdown cover is to eliminate these stressful experiences.
