twice in two years i asked for nationwide recovery to be included in my policy both times i was told it was, only to discover after i had paid my premium that it was just the basic breakdown and then having to contact you to get the problem sorted ( should not have to do this) sadly a poor quality of service. it makes you wonder what else is possibly missing or wrong with the cover.
