dealt with enquiry cd4 - charlotte she was fine no problems with her at all live chat
admin fee feels like a rip off completely unable to get through on phone options not working
also held for live chat ....it has taken me over an hour and a half today to deal with simple change this is not fault of woman in live chat it is fault of company unable to speak directly to customer....
