I had to speak to three different assistants because I didn't have all the information required. Instead of my information being passed on, I had to start almost from the beginning each time. Then, just as the procedure seemed to be completed, I was cut off, and I could not get back onto online chat even though the time was 17.05 and not 17.30, the regular cut off time. I have spent HOURS WITHOUT ANY SATISFACTORY OUTCOME.
