Everything was fine until I sold my car. At that stage with just under 6 months of the policy remaining I needed to cancel my policy. I was then informed that I didn't owe One Call anything! No Refund. It was then explained to me, using my data why this is.
I was also informed that it's all in the policy booklet and that I would have been told about this before purchasing.I haven't checked whether the first bit is true and the second part rings no bells as It was probably explained at a rate of knots..anyhow. I take this to mean yet another company hiding behind words rather than deeds. So disappointed.
