Tried to get insurance for wife's car but it all went pear shaped and I was on the phone for hours. Nothing was sorted and in the end the quote you gave me was 55 pounds more than an on line quote.
May I also say that hanging on the phone when you are giving you verbal blurb is really aggravating.
