I made an enquiry on Live Chat and was told to expect an email within 10-15 mins which would give me access to the Portal where I could get my documents and would, presumably, update to my new address (moving in one week). Unfortunately the only email I received is this one asking for my review.
I will not specify who I 'Chatted' with, I just want to mention that I'm a bit unhappy.
