Couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Live chat was painful. It took ages to answer as I was 8th in line and then the messaging took even longer. I wasn’t sure if he was still there or not. Couldn’t ask quick simple questions as I was concerned it would take longer still. Would have liked to have known more about top up insurance but for fear of waiting another 20 minutes I went without.
