I tried a number of times to access my new policy documents when I wanted to change my car. Despite several attempts at your portal I kept coming up with documents for my old car. In the end I asked for the documents to be posted to me which cost me £8.99. I expected it would have been aa simple job changing the policy to cover my new car online., but for me it has been extremely frustrating, despite the live chat links I have had with your staff. I hasten to add they seem to have tried their best. Perhaps you would consider re-embursing the postal Charge.
