Great price but uploading documents problematic and took 4 seperate attempts despite the system confirming each time . I got text saying my insurance was being cancelled whilst on holiday ...
Natasha in customer service chat dealt with me twice - was appauling , no empathy , apology or customer care despite me explaining my issues and being stressed abroad.
Not impressed so far .
