Just went thro live chat (which took 20 mins in a queue to arrive) then I got a lot of detail which I could scroll through on the screen, but just before the end a message came up which said 'were you happy?'. I answered yes and then all the text details that took half an hour to get was erased by a survey screen!
Lesson: never say you are happy!
