I spent almost 45 minutes attempting to communicate with a person who could help me with my Home Insurance query. Firstly, I called 554015 and after 10 mins was told wrong number and put me through to Customer Services; this personal then transferred me to Motor Insurance when I'd asked for Home Insurance. Eventually after another long session of listening to repeated info, a very helpful young lady, Amy, answered and gave me the info I needed. However, I have to say that waiting interminably for Call Centres is really making me quite exasperated. I will, in future, leave all my insurances with a local broker whose office staff answer the phone when it rings !
