Long telephone queue number 28, hung up and tried online chat, had to wait 10 mins for it to become available then another 10 mins as was 8 in queue. I wanted a quote for change of vehicle in 3 weeks but the system can’t quote that far ahead, so 45/50 minutes to find out nothing.
