Not living upto promises made. Insinuating customer to be in the wrong yet checking their live chat proved otherwise. Promised to send apology- but not received it.
Having resolved the issue I received an email warning me that my policy will be cancelled.
This has caused me great anxiety and waste of time. I did not sense any professionalism in your dealing.
